After you’ve put in the batteries and selected your measurement type (lbs, kg, st) by flipping a switch on the bottom of the device, you are ready to connect to a wireless network so you can sync your data to Garmin Connect, our free online fitness community. From your computer or compatible mobile device, you can see your data – weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat, water percentage, bone mass and muscle mass, in more detail and review your progress against your goals. You can connect via Garmin Connect Mobile, our free app; your computer via Garmin Express and an ANT stick (sold separately); or your wireless router. Watch and see how easy it is.
